經112學年度第1學期第2次教務會議決議通過修改「慈濟大學研究生學位論文授權辦法」，即日起研究生若需申請學位論文延後公開應於進行學位考試時，由口試委員審核確認，涉及國家機密或依法不得提供者，須提出法規或具體事實證據，涉及專利事項者，則須提供申請專利案號或相關申請證明；符合前述條件者需於學位考試當下請口試委員簽署「慈濟大學學位論文延後公開申請書」及「國家圖書館學位論文延後公開申請書」並備妥相對應證明文件以資證明。

According to the ' Tzu Chi University Rules on Postgraduate Students’ Authorization on Publishing Their Theses/Dissertations', if a graduate student needs to delay the public release of their theses (for one of the reasons , such as state secret , filing for patent registration or withheld according to the law ,and must provide relevant information), they should have it reviewed and confirmed by the advisory committee during the degree examination.
If the aforementioned conditions are met, please be sure to request the advisory committee to sign the 'TZU Application for Embargo of Thesis' and the 'NCL Application for Embargo of Thesis' and prepare the relevant information for verification.
