一、Service Target:

1Tzu Chi University faculty, staff, students.
2、For members of Tzu Chi affiliates, please contact your affiliated library to apply.


二、Service Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays Not in service

四、Charging Methods:
1、Outward Application : according to charges of each department.
2、Foreign Applications:
 

Photocopy

(1) NDDS Express : NT$5 for each page, each document requires extra NT$20 for service charges.
(2)Mailing : Photocopy fee(per Page) A4 and B4 : NT$2, A3 : NT$4. Each document requires extra NT$20 for mailing and service charges. 
(3)Application of literature for Eastern members and Tzu Chi*** , NT$2 mailing fee for each page;  additional actual mailing fee, NT$2 ARIEL for each page. No Sevice charge is required.

Books

(1)Books are available for loan (attachment excluded), Loan period  is 4 weeks; charge of NT$100 required for mailing fee, book overdue,each book is fines NT$2 per day. (Eastern Conference NT$50, Tzu Chi*** NT$55) .
(2)Theses and audiovisual materials are not for lending. Applications for photocopies require author's authorization by opening date of school.

五、Processing Time:

If you apply for interlibrary document(s), we will complete and send the document(s) before noon of the next day ( 08:00~22:00), but if you need document(s) urgently, please indicate deadline in the 「Application Time」or 「Remark」because of the different working speed of each library. Filling the request requires at least 2 days (working days) from the day you fill out the application form or to track the application,  call Miss Yi-Jing Lin at extension 1424. 六、Receiving and collection of documents:

The documents you applied for will be sent to TCU Library and will not be sent to you personally. TCU Library will inform you when to collect the documents and to pay at the library by sending e-mail to you. The collection point is located at the counter on the  first floor of the Library.
